Shipping and delivery
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During launches, sales, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
Please note:
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
- Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
