Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 10–15 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) before they ship — and many orders ship sooner. We'll email you the moment yours is on its way. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable). Shipping times vary based on location and carrier delays, which are outside of our control.

Please note:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal carrier.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
• Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Standard shipping is a flat $8.95 anywhere in Canada and the United States.
